Gloucester Shorts

I bought these shorts because of the length - I liked the modest and elegant look. They've quickly become my everywhere and everything shorts. They dress up and down really nicely and are so comfortable. They also wash well. My only issue has been pilling on the inner thighs caused by my thighs rubbing together. I'm really hoping this settles with more wears and washes.

These shorts are excellent quality, fit beautifully, and their silhouette is a rare find. I am yet to wash them but hope they hold up to that and last a long time. This was my first purchase from Palome and the experience makes me confident shopping here again. So glad I discovered this brand!

Lovely shorts bought for my trip to Brazil next year. I’m a petite 5”2ft and these shorts come to my knee which is perfect as I’m in my 60s but I do love a pair of shorts. I feel these are a generous fit on the waist and I think I could’ve sized down from an 8 to a 6, but decided to keep them anyway. I bought the ecru colour which can be paired with many different tops. Quality is good, linen doesn’t feel flimsy at all. Nice broad hem at the bottom which elevates these shorts. part of my first ever purchase from Paloma I shall be coming back for sure!

Paired these with a crisp shirt for a casual Friday at work, then switched to a tank top for an evening walk along the beach. They just work for everything.

I ordered these shorts because they looked so stylish and comfortable. I wasn’t sure about the quality of the linen from the images. When my pretty box arrived, I was ready to be disappointed. That didn’t happen and in fact I am really surprised by how these shorts tick all the boxes. The fabric is soft and breathable; the cut is flattering, and I really like the length which is longer than I would normally go for. I think the length makes them look sophisticated and I could even get away with wearing them out. The colour is also great, it matches other pieces in my wardrobe which means packing for my summer holiday is much easier!

Great length, and colour which goes well with everything. The quality for the price is great too. I’ve been looking for something that’s exactly like this and really happy I found Palome via a colleague. Will be back for more!

These are by some margin the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. They are light and airy, tuck you in without it being obvious and they look great with a white shirt.
