Beautifully made, heavy quality silk, great value. I would definitely size down though. I’m between sizes 8-10, sized down for 8, and it’s still very roomy. Kinda wish I had gone for 6. Will probably add a belt to cinch the waist

perfect date night dress

Flattering craftsmanship
Absolutely adore this dress and will be purchasing it in gold as well!
It drapes beautifully and because of the heavyweight silk I didn’t need shapewear underneath -which I often do need with this kind of fabric. The cut is also exactly what I love: timeless and elegant with a twist, and easy to both dress up or down. I’m quite curvy/hourglass shaped, and this dress is flattering in all the right places. The panelling at the waist and finishing of the seams shows craftsmanship and quality.

I don't usually write reviews, but this Pimlico silk dress deserves the recognition. The quality is outstanding - the silk feels genuinely luxurious against the skin and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail.

Beautifully designed silk dress
I'm so happy to discover Palome! I ordered the Pimlico silk dress for the People in Retail Awards later this month and I cannot wait to wear it. The quality of the silk is superb and it's cut perfectly to flatter my curves with beautiful draping around the neckline. It's quite generously sized, so I sized down and the length is great at mid calf on my 5ft 4 frame. I cannot fault the service, arriving by DPD in a few days despite being ordered at the weekend. I will definitely recommend Palome and will be shopping again soon!

The Perfect LBD
This is THE perfect little black dress for evenings out or daytime with a jumper or jacket. I had been eagerly waiting for this little beauty to be restocked in size 10 and delighted with it! The fabric is high quality heavy-weight silk with a gorgeous drape and movement. The cut is very flattering over the waist and hips with an unusual draped neckline adding a lovely twist. I found it runs slightly roomy over the hips which I like for the drape and movement but you may want to size down if you’re on the smaller end of the size range. This is the third item I’ve bought from Palome and I’ve been delighted with their high quality materials and beautiful designs.
