Our founders
Raised in Paris, Liz first moved to London to study at Central Saint Martins. For fifteen years, she helped shape timeless wardrobe pieces for luxury fashion houses. Because she worked with the best makers and the best quality materials, these clothes were all made to last. The problem was that they were much too expensive.
The teams making these luxury products often had materials left over. Liz started designing pieces using these materials that she could gift to her friends. The very first trench coats she designed were so popular that strangers started reaching out asking to buy them.
Tom and Liz met in an airport at 3am. By 6am they’d created Palome’s unique business model.
We use the downtime and excess materials in the world's best studios to create small batches of Parisian elegance.

Our first ever pink stitches happened by accident. Now you will find a discreet pink stitch sewn into every single Palome item. The stitch reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
