Cadet Shirt

This is my first time shopping with Palome (a happy discovery from a Substack post recommendation!), and I am so impressed! Gorgeously packaged, very prompt postage, and very helpfiul customer service... and then the shirt itself: wow! Classic, timeless, so soft and the fit and draping is beautiful. A forever piece.

The Cadet feels like I bought it from a very expensive luxury brand - soft, flattering, and with just the right amount of stretch. It’s impossible to find a Mulberry silk shirt that’s this well-made and washable. Really impressed.

When I ordered this shirt, I was feeling very brave, and I chose the poppy red. This is not a colour I normally wear. The shirt is a beautiful fit and feels absolutely glorious to wear. The silk is good quality and feels fresh against my skin. I am glad that I was brave as the red works really well. It is more subtle than you would think, and it makes any bottoms that I wear look elegant. The red compliments my skin and the shirt is really pleasant to wear. Great price and am very satisfied with the service.
