Looks fab but needs some modifications

I love how this looks, great both on its own for evening or layered over a turtleneck for work. However, as other reviewers said it doesn’t have any fastenings and will not stay closed on its own. Since I liked the look so much I’ve sewn on push buttons and keep a hair tie over the belt to keep it tight.

Go for it!

This feels like a look for the bold and the brave (or the stupid!!). Probably not for everyone but on me it looks gorgeous! 35, 5 6", petite frame. Really good for recently-bronzed shoulders.

Not brave enough…

Lovely fabric and cut, but beware, there are no fastenings on the waistcoat. You will need to rely on the belt to keep it in place. A bit too high risk for me!

Such great value for something this well-made

Finally, a waistcoat that doesn't gape at the bust. I have been looking for something shaped like this for ages - I have big boobs so waistcoats never seem to work but this has a realy nice shape that keeps everything in place.
